Tablets and topical options for premature ejaculation
There are two approaches in this range. Dapoxetine, sold here as Duratia, Poxet, Duralast and Vriligy, is a short-acting SSRI taken one to three hours before sex rather than every day. Lidocaine sprays and creams, including Stud, Hiforce, Climax spray and Toplap, work locally by reducing sensitivity and are applied shortly beforehand.
Dapoxetine is not suitable alongside other antidepressants or for people with some heart conditions, and it can cause dizziness. Products that combine dapoxetine with an ED medicine are under ED and PE combination tablets.
