PCTMart is paid in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Monero. If you have never used it, the two guides below get you from a bank card or Cash App to a confirmed order in about fifteen minutes.
Paying with cryptocurrency you already hold
- Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
- Choose Cryptocurrency and pick the coin you want to pay with.
- The checkout shows a payment address and the exact amount to send. Copy both, or scan the QR code with your wallet.
- Send the exact amount. Set your wallet’s network fee so that the full amount arrives; the fee is on top, not taken out of the amount.
- Wait for the network to confirm: usually ten minutes to an hour for Bitcoin, a few minutes for the others. Your order is approved automatically and you receive a confirmation email.
The exchange rate is locked for the time shown on the checkout page. If your payment arrives after that, or short by the network fee, the order stays pending; email [email protected] with the transaction ID and we will match it by hand.
Paying with Cash App (USA and UK)
Cash App can buy and send Bitcoin, which makes it the simplest route for customers in the USA and the UK.
- Set up Cash App. Install the app, create an account and link a bank account or debit card. To use Bitcoin you will be asked to verify your identity once, with your details and a photo ID.
- Buy Bitcoin. Open the Bitcoin tab, choose Buy, enter the order total plus a little extra for fees (Cash App charges a small fee on purchases), and confirm.
- Place your order on PCTMart, choosing Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin at checkout. Keep the checkout page open.
- Send the payment. In Cash App, go to Bitcoin, choose Send, paste the address from the checkout page, enter the exact BTC amount shown and confirm.
- Wait for confirmation. The network confirms within an hour and the order is approved automatically. If it is not approved within 12 hours, email us a screenshot of the Cash App payment.
Paying with a credit or debit card
We do not take cards directly, but a card can buy the Bitcoin for your order in a few minutes. It works from any country where card purchases of crypto are allowed.
- Place your order and choose Cryptocurrency then Bitcoin at checkout. Note the payment address and the exact amount.
- Open the Bitcoin purchase link shown on the checkout page. This is a third-party exchange where you can buy Bitcoin with a card.
- Choose your currency and credit or debit card as the payment method.
- Enter the amount in Bitcoin from your invoice. The exchange calculates the card charge, fees included.
- Create an account or sign in, and complete the exchange’s identity check. This is a one-off; it is what allows the card payment.
- Choose external wallet as the destination and paste the Bitcoin address from your PCTMart checkout page. Check it character by character.
- Enter your card details and confirm. The whole process takes 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once the Bitcoin reaches us, the order is approved automatically and you receive a confirmation email.
Things to know
- Send the exact amount. Underpayment by even the network fee leaves the order pending until the balance arrives.
- Do the whole payment in one go. The rate is locked for a limited time.
- Prefer Monero or Litecoin if you already hold them: fees are lower and confirmations faster than Bitcoin.
- We never ask for wallet passwords, seed phrases or remote access. We only ever give you an address to pay to.
