PCTMart has been shipping medicines to customers around the world since 2019. We started with post-cycle therapy products, the “PCT” in the name, and grew into a full catalogue of more than 1,400 branded and generic medicines from 180 manufacturers, sent tracked and discreetly from India and Eastern Europe.
What we sell
India makes a large share of the world’s generic medicines, and PCTMart gives you direct access to that supply. The catalogue runs across 45 categories: antibiotics and antivirals, heart and cholesterol medicines, diabetes and thyroid, mental health, pain relief, sexual health, hair loss, skin care, fertility, oncology and more. Every product page names the active ingredient, strength, pack size and manufacturer so you can compare a generic with the brand you know.
How we source
We buy only from licensed pharmaceutical distributors, the same wholesalers that supply pharmacies and hospitals. Products arrive at our warehouse in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging, with the batch number and expiry date printed on it, and leave the same way. We do not repackage, relabel or split packs, and every order ships with at least 12 months of shelf life remaining.
Why generics cost less
A generic contains the same active ingredient, at the same strength, as the original brand. The difference in price comes from the patents and marketing that surround the brand, not from what is in the tablet. Manufacturers such as Sun Pharma, Cipla and Dr. Reddy’s supply regulated markets in the USA and Europe as well as India, and the products we sell come from the same production lines.
How we ship
Orders are packed within 3 to 4 working days and sent tracked, in plain cardboard, for a flat $25 from the international warehouse, or free from the Eastern European warehouse. Most parcels arrive in around 20 days. Roughly 98% are delivered first time; for the rest there is a reshipping guarantee: a seized parcel is reshipped once for free, and a parcel that stops moving for 25 business days is reshipped or credited in full.
How we treat you
- No minimum order and no coupon games. Discounts are on the product page or in the weekly deals.
- Private payment by cryptocurrency or Cash App, with nothing on a bank statement and no card processor in the middle.
- Private data. Encrypted, held outside the USA and EU, address details deleted once your order is complete, everything deleted on request.
- A person answers. Email [email protected] and you will hear back within a day, usually within hours.

We describe medicines carefully, but we are a store, not a clinic. Talk to a doctor who knows your history before starting any medicine, read the leaflet in the box, and check your own country’s rules on importing medicine for personal use.
