- From our India warehouse: $25 flat per order to the United States and the rest of the world, $23 to Europe, however many parcels it is split into. Andractim ships from our European warehouse, free everywhere.
- Dispatch
- Packed and dispatched within 3 working days, Monday to Friday. The tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves, and the first tracking scan appears within 24 to 72 hours.
- Delivery time
- 25 to 45 days after dispatch. Ordered today, expect it Nov 22 to Dec 12.
- Customs
- Clearance takes anything from a few days to two or three weeks, depending on the country.
- Reshipping guarantee
- A parcel stopped by customs is reshipped once, free of charge, when it weighed 360 g or less and you send us the customs letter or tracking that shows the seizure.
- Lost parcels
- No tracking movement for 25 business days counts as lost: we reship the whole order or credit its full value to your account.
Every PCTMart order is tracked, packed in plain cardboard and covered by a reshipping guarantee. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes and what we do when a parcel does not make it.
Where we ship
We deliver worldwide, to home addresses, PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. The only country we do not deliver to is India, where our main warehouse is located.
Some countries clear imported medicine easily; others inspect more parcels. We ship to all of them, and the reshipping guarantee below exists precisely because customs is the one part of the journey nobody can control.

Each product page says which warehouse it ships from. Because the two are in different countries, an order can only contain products from one of them; if you add a product from the other, the cart explains and asks you to check out separately. Two orders, two parcels, two tracking numbers.
Shipping costs
From the international warehouse the cost is a flat $25 per order ($23 to Europe), whether the parcel holds one pack or twenty. Orders with a product subtotal over $249, after any coupon, ship free. Larger orders are split into parcels of up to 360 g each so that every parcel stays inside the reshipping guarantee; one shipping charge covers all of them. Shipping from the Eastern European warehouse is always free.
How long delivery takes
- Payment confirmed. Crypto payments are approved automatically once the network confirms them, normally within an hour.
- Dispatched within 3 business days. Orders are packed Monday to Friday. You receive an email with the tracking number the moment the parcel leaves.
- First tracking scan within 24 to 72 hours. An empty tracking page on the first day or two is normal.
- Delivered in 25 to 45 days on average. Customs clearance is the variable: some countries take a few days, some take two to three weeks.
Around 98% of our parcels are delivered first time. The other 2% are covered below.
Tracking your order
Enter your order number and email on the Track order page, or use the tracking number from your dispatch email directly on the carrier’s site. Tracking updates every 24 to 72 hours while the parcel is moving; a gap of a few days at a customs hub is common and is not a reason to worry until the 25 business days below have passed.
Packaging
Parcels are plain cardboard boxes with a neutral sender and nothing on the outside that describes the contents. Inside, products stay in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging, with batch number and expiry date visible. Every order ships with at least 12 months of shelf life remaining.
Customs and the reshipping guarantee
If a parcel is stopped by customs we reship it once, free of charge. The conditions:
- The parcel weighed 360 g or less. This is why we split larger orders rather than sending one heavy box.
- You send us a photo or scan of the customs letter, or a link to tracking that shows the seizure.
- Andractim gel is reshipped for a flat fee of 7 euros because of its weight and value.
Seized parcels are reshipped rather than refunded. If the reshipment is also stopped, contact us and we will talk through the options, including a different destination address.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 25 business days, we treat the parcel as lost. You choose: we reship the whole order at our expense, or we credit the full value to your account for a future order.
Missing, wrong or damaged items
Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel, the packing slip and the items. Keep what you received; we resend the affected items within 7 days.
Your address
Please double-check the address at checkout, including apartment numbers and postcodes. A parcel returned or lost because of an incomplete address is reshipped at cost, not under the guarantee. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us straight away; addresses can be corrected until the parcel is dispatched.
