These terms apply to every order placed on pctmart.com. They are written to be read, not skimmed: they explain who we are, what you are buying, how payment and delivery work, and what each of us is responsible for.
1. About PCTMart
PCTMart (“we”, “us”) is an online pharmacy store that has been serving customers since 2019. We sell branded and generic medicines sourced from licensed pharmaceutical distributors and ship them from our warehouses in India and Eastern Europe. Contact: [email protected].
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the products are for your personal use, or the use of someone in your care, and not for resale.
3. Product information
Product pages describe medicines, their active ingredients, common uses and typical dosages for information only. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it. You are responsible for deciding, with a qualified doctor, whether a product is suitable for you. Where a product page and the manufacturer’s leaflet differ, the leaflet is correct.
4. Your responsibilities
Rules on importing medicine for personal use differ from country to country. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you. We ship worldwide because the majority of parcels clear without difficulty, and our reshipping guarantee exists for the ones that do not, but placing an order is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if the order appears to be for resale. You may change or cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your chosen currency and include everything except shipping, which is shown separately at checkout. We accept Cash App and the cryptocurrencies listed at checkout. The crypto amount is calculated at the moment of checkout and is valid for the payment window shown; you must send that exact amount, including network fees. Orders are approved automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network. Underpaid orders are held until the balance is received.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of payment confirmation and typically arrive within around 20 days. Every order is tracked. One order ships from one warehouse; products from different warehouses must be ordered separately. 8. Returns, replacements and refunds
Medicines cannot be returned. Missing, wrong or damaged items are replaced free of charge when reported with photos within 7 days of delivery. Seized parcels are reshipped once under the guarantee, not refunded. Lost parcels are reshipped or credited. The circumstances in which a refund is paid, and how, are set out in the Refunds and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for orders placed through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts used for fraud, abuse of the guarantee, or resale.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data, where it is stored and when it is deleted are set out in the Privacy policy. In short: encrypted, held outside the USA and EU, never sold, and deleted on request.
11. Intellectual property
The text, design and images on this site belong to PCTMart or are used with permission. Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers and are used only to identify the products. You may not copy the site’s content for commercial use.
12. Our liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it: we will reship, credit or refund as these terms describe. We are not liable for indirect losses, for the consequences of using a product against its leaflet or medical advice, or for delays and seizures caused by carriers or customs authorities beyond the remedies set out above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
