Travel, routine and post-exposure vaccines we carry
The vaccines here cover three needs. Travel vaccines include typhoid conjugate vaccine, hepatitis A, Japanese encephalitis, meningococcal ACWY and oral cholera vaccine. Routine and catch-up vaccines include the 9-valent HPV vaccine, measles, mumps and rubella, tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis boosters, seasonal influenza, BCG and a six-in-one infant vaccine. Rabies vaccines are carried from several manufacturers.
Vaccines must stay cold
Almost every vaccine here is kept refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C and must never freeze, because heat and freezing both destroy it without any visible change. Store vaccines in the main body of the fridge rather than the door, in their box and away from light until use.
Given by a trained professional
Vaccines are administered by a doctor, nurse or pharmacist who can check suitability, record the dose and manage the rare allergic reaction, which is why clinics ask you to wait a short time afterwards. Live vaccines, including MMR and BCG, are not given in pregnancy or to people with weakened immunity.
Schedules and timing
Several of these are given as a course, and the gaps between doses matter. Rabies vaccination after a possible exposure is urgent and follows a set schedule, often with immunoglobulin, so get medical care the same day rather than waiting for a delivery. Travel vaccines are best started several weeks before departure. Every listing shows the vaccine, dose volume and pack size, with the guaranteed minimum expiry date. All stock ships from India through licensed distributors.
