Super Tadapox 40/60MG (Tadalafil & Dapoxeti)

Super Tadapox 40/60MG is Sunrise Remedies's tadalafil & dapoxeti tablet, 40 mg, in a strip of 10 tablets. Tadalafil with dapoxetine is a fixed-dose combination tablet for men who have erectile dysfunction together with premature ejaculation.

The combination is used for men who have both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It is sold in India and a few other markets, and each part also exists as a separate medicine.

Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme, so blood flows into the penis more easily with sexual stimulation and the effect lasts many hours. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that delays the ejaculation reflex by keeping serotonin active longer. Together they address both problems with one tablet.

The tablet is taken about an hour before sexual activity, not more than once in 24 hours, with a full glass of water. The strengths on the pack are the combined tadalafil and dapoxetine doses, and the prescription decides which one. Follow your doctor and the pack leaflet.

Never take it with nitrate medicines (glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide) or riociguat, because the combined drop in blood pressure can be dangerous. It is not for men whose heart is too weak for sexual activity, after a recent stroke or heart attack, or with severe low blood pressure. Tell your doctor about alpha-blockers, other blood pressure tablets, severe liver or kidney disease, sickle cell disease, retinitis pigmentosa and any penile shape problem. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ritonavir, ketoconazole, clarithromycin) and grapefruit raise the level, so the dose is lowered. These medicines work only with sexual stimulation and do not raise desire. Not for women or children unless prescribed for another condition. Dapoxetine is not for men with heart disease, heart rhythm problems, moderate to severe liver or kidney impairment, or a history of mania or serious depression. It must not be combined with MAO inhibitors, thioridazine, other SSRIs or SNRIs, linezolid, tramadol or St John's wort, because of the risk of serotonin syndrome, and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors raise its level. It can cause fainting, so avoid driving or hazardous tasks until you know how it affects you, drink enough fluid, and sit or lie down at the first sign of dizziness. Alcohol increases the risk of dizziness and fainting. Stop and tell your doctor about low mood, suicidal thoughts or agitation.
