Mesteronum 25MG (Mesterolone)

Mesteronum 25MG is American Remedies's mesterolone tablet, 25 mg, in a strip of 10 tablets. Mesterolone is an oral androgen derived from dihydrotestosterone, sold for decades as Proviron.

Mesterolone is prescribed for androgen deficiency in men with low testosterone and for male infertility linked to low androgen levels. Because it is not converted into oestrogen and suppresses the body's own testosterone less than other androgens, it is used where a doctor wants to raise androgen activity without shutting down the testes.

Mesterolone binds androgen receptors directly, like DHT. It cannot be converted into oestrogen by aromatase, so it does not cause oestrogen-related effects, and it binds strongly to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), which frees up more of the body's own testosterone. Its effect on building muscle is weak, which is why it was never used for that purpose in medicine.

The usual dose is 25 mg tablets taken two to four times a day at first, reduced to a maintenance dose of one to two tablets a day as the doctor directs, with or without food, for as long as prescribed. Follow the prescription.
