Sildalist 120MG (Sildenafil & Tadalaf)

Sildalist 120MG is Dharam Laboratories's sildenafil & tadalaf tablet, 120 mg, in a strip of 6 tablets. Sildenafil with tadalafil is a combination of two PDE5 inhibitors, sold in a few markets as a single tablet for erectile dysfunction.

This combination is prescribed for erectile dysfunction. Both parts belong to the same class and treat the same condition, and each exists as a separate medicine.

Sildenafil and tadalafil both block the PDE5 enzyme that breaks down cyclic GMP in the penis, so blood flows in more easily with sexual stimulation. Sildenafil acts for about four to five hours and tadalafil for up to about 36 hours.

It is taken about an hour before sexual activity, not more than once in 24 hours, as the prescription and the pack leaflet direct. Do not take any other PDE5 inhibitor on the same day.

• Headache and flushing.n- Indigestion or heartburn.n- Stuffy or runny nose.n- Dizziness and, less often, low blood pressure.n- Back pain and muscle aches (most often with tadalafil).n- Temporary changes in colour vision or blurred sight (most often with sildenafil and vardenafil).n- An erection lasting more than four hours (priapism) is rare and needs emergency care.n- Sudden loss of vision or hearing is rare and needs immediate medical attention.

Never take it with nitrate medicines (glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide) or riociguat, because the combined drop in blood pressure can be dangerous. It is not for men whose heart is too weak for sexual activity, after a recent stroke or heart attack, or with severe low blood pressure. Tell your doctor about alpha-blockers, other blood pressure tablets, severe liver or kidney disease, sickle cell disease, retinitis pigmentosa and any penile shape problem. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ritonavir, ketoconazole, clarithromycin) and grapefruit raise the level, so the dose is lowered. These medicines work only with sexual stimulation and do not raise desire. Not for women or children unless prescribed for another condition. Because two PDE5 inhibitors are in one tablet, the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness and prolonged erection is higher than with one, and the dose is chosen with care by the doctor.
